Full Grain Leather

Don't fall for the "genuine leather" claims! There are different grades of leather, with full grain and top grain holding the top spots. Split grain, of which suede is one type, is the middle grade of leather. Genuine leather is near the bottom of the grades, only marginally better than bonded leather. If you want quality leather products go with either top grain or full grain.

Up to 8-10 Ounces of Leather

Leather is measured in ounces, which is not the weight of the leather. An ounce of leather is equal to one sixty-fourth (1/64) of an inch of leather. So 8-10 ounces is equal to more than a quarter inch of leather. This makes the leather strong and durable. Actual thickness my vary slightly.

Metal Break-away Buckle

Quick release buckle helps to prevent your dog from choking if the collar gets caught on anything. Press in the two release pins and the collar instantly releases. 

Personalized For Your Dog

Send the dog's name in also and this will be stamped into the leather. The name can be up to 25 characters in length. This is added at no additional charge.

Sized For Your Dog

Use a cloth tape measure or piece of string to measure the dog's neck at the largest area.

• Medium - 3/4 inch wide by 22 inch long - fits necks 14-20 inches
• Large - 1 inch wide by 28 inches long - fits necks 16-26 inches
• Extra Large - 1 1/2 inch wide by 32 inches long - fits necks 24-30 inches
